About our Precision and Production Engineering Department
「Manufacturing high precision and complicated machine parts」is the core technology of 「Manufacturing」 that Japan is best at.
In this course, students learn a high degree of design techniques for machine parts, micro-machining and measuring techniques.
Students will be provided individual machine tools and computers.
Furthermore, students will learn design techniques and high precision processing technology. Through graduation manufacture, student skill will be improved.
There are various kinds of Monozukuri, such as a mini machine tool, metallic mold, electric car, and automation machine.
After graduation, students are expected to be able to design cars, metal and plastic products as well as be experienced with precision processing engineering.

Students design three-dimensional objects digitally in CAD and produce them automatically by CAM.
